From setting up your account to understanding our systems and services, we are here to ensure the transition is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our customer support team is available five days a week (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to assist with any medication-related queries, including coordinating with your GP when necessary.

To enhance transparency and simplify the medication management process, we use well designed dispensing system that tracks prescriptions at every stage—from the GP's Surgery to your care home. Through our intuitive online care home portal we can giving you peace of mind and real-time updates on the status of your orders.

Our automated systems also ensure that your Medication Administration Records (MAR), whether in paper or electronic form, are created and delivered promptly with every medication delivery. Our dedicated MAR team works closely with care homes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of MAR charts and other essential documentation.

To give your team ample time to review and organise your monthly medication, we deliver orders one week prior to the medication changeover. For acute medications, we provide next-day morning delivery or within 24 working hours if the item is not in stock (excluding weekends and bank holidays), ensuring that your care home receives its medications without unnecessary delay. Our dedicated delivery partners work tirelessly to guarantee that your medications arrive safely on time and completely free of coast so you can focus on what matters most: caring for your residents.
